Shipping cost for stickers and instructional CDs:
Standard shipping to the United States: $1.00 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item.
Standard shipping to the non-United States: $6.00 base +$0.50 for each additional item.
It is very difficult to create the correct balance of shipping costs that is both fair and scales properly. On some orders, I lose money on shipping. On other orders, I make money. Unfortunately, there's no way of doing things easily. Most international purchases, I lose about $2 per order on shipping.
Also, some orders may ship inside a hard cardboard mailer and some orders may simply ship in a regular white envelope. There's no easy way of determining what orders ship in what way.
Also, some stickers may be cut in between the designs to fit inside an envelope.

We gladly accept returns. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Although we accept refunds for any reason, please tell us if we could have done anything to improve the experience. We will refund the purchase cost less the shipping cost. We will process your refund same day we receive the items in the mail.
